Bassenthwaite held it's 3rd, Famous, Unforgettable, and Almost Unique, and Very Wet:
Scarecrow Festival.
Well, the weather was not kind to us, with torrential rain for our two days after weeks of drought. Nevertheless, those who did turn up seemed to enjoy the scarecrows and the stalls.
