This is a community website. No money has been spent building it, or running it. It is provided as a vehicle for publicising local events, and helping newcomers and visitors find their way around.
The owner is not a professional web designer (he's a retired IT director), and is not in competition with other local web design businesses. If you need a website for your business, go to a local web designer.
However, the search engines, like Google, are heavily influenced by the number of references there are to your website, and I'll happily add a link to local business websites - you just have to ask. Equally, If I have put in a link, and you'd prefer it not to be here, again I'll respect your wishes. You can link to this website too, and I'd appreciate an email to tell me.
